system restore problems

when i go in to system restore.the page comes up but it's
blank.I try to go to help and support,but nothing
happens.The page will not even open.I've searched books.I
can not find the answer.Please somebody help me.I dont
know whats going on.The system is only three months
old.Everything else i can go into.That is the only things
so far that i've seen wrong.Tell me what i need to do.

Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work:
Click Start then select Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

Well, nothing helped. I had already seen and used that
troubleshooter from Microsoft. I'll see what I can do
next.
