System Restore problem

Can anyone help me please?

System restore will not work.
I've done everything right and it goes thru the long restore process
then says
Failed to Restore.
I've tried many different back dates, all bold.

Thank you.
 
It is very resource intensive. Hey dude, look like it is time to put
your machine out for recycling.
