System Restore files

Can some one lead me to files and version numbers
that are needed for a system restore

Bert , Checked your link and I need one other file for my problem
Error "System Restore Was Unable To Start Due To A Missing Framedyn.dll".
a.. Copy the framedyn.dll file from the \windows\system32\wbem directory
to the \windows\system32 directory.
b.. Did a find file copied into system32 and every thing worked

I hope you read my post about the file that I needed , Framedyn.dll
It was on my system , but not in system32
