system restore broken

I've gone thru the turn it off and back on, reducing the size for restore.
I know it's on, but have not been able to get a restore point to work.
I made one just last week, and experienced issues today, tried to restore
no Joy.
I'm using xp pro svc pack 2 all updates and patches.

Thanks I will check this out later tonight.
I kinda glanced thru it, I had no idea ZA would cause problems with SR points.
I'm having an issue with fully removng ZA, it won't let me re-install the
latest version, but I ran out of time and had to dash to work before I could
resolve the issue.
