system restore and user account hell!!!

guys,
i have just restored my system to 2 nov (yesterday here)
and it has all the files but no data.
i did this as my administrator account disappeared when i
set up a new user account.
two pints of guinness for anyone who can get me back to
my original settings afew hours ago and one for anyone
who can get my files back from yesterday at least!!!

Hello -
you don't state what particular files you're interseted in.
Take a look at C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Restore\filelist.xml

This contains exclusions and inclusion of System restore's
scope.
