If I was you, I would take the computer back, ask for a refund, and buy
elsewhere.

Put their name HERE for all to see.

To reinstall from DVD
When you start your computer, look for what key to press to enter BIOS. It
will be at the bottom of the monitor. F2, Delete, etc.

Some computers have the option to just hit F12 at startup to change the boot
order.

When you get into BIOS, alter the boot sequece so that it boots from the
CD/DVD drive 1st.
Insert the Vista DVD in that drive; follow instructions in BIOS to save
changes that you have made and reboot.
The info on the disk is quite simple to follow.
You will have to delete the existing Vista partition, format the drive, and
then install vista.

Before you do any of the above, back up your data, as everything will be
lost, including extra programs that you have installed, like Office,
Anti-virus, etc. Have the disks ready to reinstall later.

Disconnect all peripherals except mouse, monitor and keyboard; add the rest
later.

That problem is not fixable...
you need to return the machine for a refund

what is signiture in computer

The machine is still under warranty so I'd make the vendor honor it.

Since thet were unable to fix it...that's why I recommended seeking a refund

By the sound of what you have got there, you have the windows operating
system disk, which is the installation DVD.
Follow my advice in my first answer to you.

Merry Xmas to you.
