System Rebooting with error message

I have window XP on my laptop and desktop at home and
both computer are connected by hub. Both my machines are
rebooting again and again wiht following message

"Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedly"

Also following message this was ordered by

NT Authority\System. Need help?

Sounds like MSBLASTER virus.

Follow MS and antirus procedure to clean up or consult
your ISP.
