System primary account in the primary domain missing

Unable to join or disjoin a user from domain.an the error
display stats that no domain controller found though the
computer account exist in the domain.
Any solutions to resolve the above mentioned problem.
 
Domain controllers are located tough DNS, so you check your DNS
configuration on your client. It must point to the internal DNS server
responsible for your AD.
