System partition is too small 7.8 MB!!

I can't get rid of the small System Partition. It won't
let me change it in any way. If I try to do a fresh
install of XP it say it can't do it because not enough
room.
 
Boot from the XP CD. It has all the tools needed to partition, format and
install XP.
