Event Source dvpapi, Event Code: 0, Description: The
description for Event ID (0) in Source (dvpapi) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary
registry informtionor message DLL files to display
messages from a remote computer. The following information
is part of the event: Service Started. (Note: I have one
NT system in hub on same network as the problem Window
2000 system. This system has been cranky since I have
purchased it locks up at least once a day. I have changed
out everything in the system hardware and nonthing works.
I have eleminated all other errors and events to date. And
still the system locks up.) Thank you for your help.

* Simply means the developer provided a means to write to the event log, but
didn't provide a description for the event. Appears the service was
successfully started.

* Almost always a hardware and or driver issue. Check that all hardware
including the mb and bios version are Windows 2000 compatible.
