System Intermittently Reboots and Possible Memory Problems

The system intermittently reboots. When the system
recovers, it asks to report the error. Some of the errors
are due to a "device driver" although it's hard to
diagnose. Other errors have been due to what appears to
be a "memory" problem. When reporting the problem, the
Microsoft web page suggested that I download the
Microsoft Memory Checker and I did. When running the
test, I ran the standard and then extended test.

First, my set up:
OS: Windows XP Home Edition, SP1 with all the latest
critical updates and drivers.

memory cache; 512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Can someone out there help?
Thanks!

You have a flakey bit on one of the memory modules. The first thing I would
do is relax the memory timing if there is room left. You could also try
increasing/decreasing the memory voltage a notch or two. If nothing seems
to help, you may need to replace one of the modules.
