system information doesn't show up

i'm using win xp pro sp2, and when i try to run system information start->all
programs->accessories->system tools it only opens window with no information
just a border with white empty window no error message or somthing. there is
only title of the window "system information" and no bar with file, edit and
etc options, only empty white window. is there any way to fix it, windows
working fine but i want to use system information tool.

i downloaded .reg file, but in my registry all that keys were as in that
file, but i installed it anyway so nothing changed but when i restarted my
computer system info worked fine but just once and when i closed and tried to
run it again its all the same. So enyone has any ideas? Maybe i need some
updates because last update is sp2 or some software can cause such things but
i have another computer with about the same software (but more updates) and
system information works fine on that one.
