I have a third-party DateTime control, documentation not available. I
want to show dates in format dd-MM-yyyy format in it even if the
system regional settings changes. I want it to be fixed to this
format. This control takes values same as the original dtPicker, but
it does not have the Custom Format property. So I want to set the
settings at the Form Load.
