SYSTEM "FREEZING" RANDOMLY

HELP! I'm running a newer system w/ WIN XP-SP2, P4 3.0, 512MB, 2X2
mirror/stripe, (PROMISE raid control) and the system keeps "freezing" on me.
I have run SpyBot, PCillin, updated my firewalls and security, and also done
disc clean and defrag, but system still freezes---no keyboard, no mouse, no
CTRL anything, no error messages. I have to reboot using reset direct from
case, then everthing runs great 'til the next time. Does'nt matter what
program I am running or what load the system is under. System reads
"healthy". Any help??

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Windows XP (they start
microsoft.public.windowsxp)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
