System freezes every day after installing Service Pack 4 for W2K

Ever since I installed Service Pack 4 my system has been
freezing regularly, requiring a reboot to clear. Since
there is no error message in the event viewer and no dump,
I don't know how to debug this. What do I do, reinstall?
