System File Checker

Guest

I am running XP Pro (SP2) with OE6 and IE7 RC1.

I have a copy of the i386 file from the original Windows XP
installation disk (SP1) on an external HDD used when
running the SFC /Scannow file protection utility.

Should I be using the i386 file from my SlipStreamed (SP2)
disk?

Yes. If a slipstreamed CD is unavailable, mention the path as
%windir%\servicepackfiles.
