System Explorers missing?

On my system, the window for System Explorers is blank. Other 'advanced
tools' seem to be there but not System Explorers.

Any ideas?

Can you try:

1) control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft antispyware, change,
update

If that fails

2) uninstall, then re-download and reinstall

If that fails

3) uninstall and reinstall in a non-standard location, say c:\msas

Let us know which if any of these works?

I am having the same problem. I tried everything Bill
Sanderson suggested, but I still have no System Explorers.

Thanks, John, for being my guinea pig, then. This is one I really don't
have an answer for, and I'll quit sending folks down that route. My surmise
was that this was a result of an install which hasn't completed properly in
all respects--but obviously whatever is blocking the proper completion of
the install isn't responding to that set of steps.
