System Error

When opening file, DAX Error message appear ; Access violation at address
024FDF5B, write of address 024FDF5B;
Please tell me how to restore this problem, I'm using Window XP Professional.

Hi,
What File and is it on the local computer or on the Internet?.

Try to update your Activex to the latest from here:
DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en
Please look in the Event Viewer for any error messages and double click them
to get more info and you can copy and paste in your next post.

the file is on my lacal computer,
i was updated the ActiveX, but the problem still unsolve.
can i have any others suggestion ?
