System Error-Connection Manager failed to start

Having a problem where System Error-Connection Manager
failed to start appears frequently. I need to reboot to
correct. This happens after I go in to standby and turn
back on
 
Try giving us a little more information. State your system make, model, speed, ram etc. Next try to give us a little better description of the problem. Is it an error message? Does something just not appear
