System Error Code

I am getting a system error code 0f 000000ea, parameter1 81a87c18, parameter2
82db8148, parameter3 82e0a228, parameter4 00000001 then computer goes blue
screen and dumps any idea?
 
The date and time was Tue Dec 30 2008 09:20:14 GMT-0800 (Pacific
Standard Time), and on a whim, SanDawg pounded out on the keyboard:
