system does not permit you to log on interactively

help please i cant log into my computer says cant logon
interactively ask for username and password but i ahve
never had 1 before what do i do? please help me!!!!

You have double trouble - don't know password and do not have user right to logon
locally. This does not happen just by itself and their is a possibility that your
computer has been compromised. Your best solution would be to reinstall your
operating system to a fresh install. You could access your data by putting your hard
drive in another computer running Windows 2000 or Windows XP. If you want to try and
correct as is see the links below for some tips that may require the use of another
computer on the network to make repairs for the user right to logon locally. ---
