System Crash on Report Generation

I have a very detailed report with two sub-reports embedded in it. When this
report is run several times in a row (why the eu does this?) the system
crashes and gives the error

"MS ACCESS HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR
THE INCONVIENCE"

All eu have the Access application on their system linked to an SQL backend.
This problem only happens to one eu.

Due to Data being stored in several places Access has to find whatever you
have asked for and this takes it a little while, tell your user to be patient
and do not try to open anything else while it is retrieving the data. Also I
would look more at the computer itself if no one else is having the same
problem. If the computer is outdated or has low memory or if the user has too
many items open, it would also cause it to crash.
