System Config Utility

I run WinXp Pro, and when I run msconfig, I get the "System Config Utility"
screen.

On another machine WinXp home, I don't get the utility, I get a screen with
many folders, none of which is the start-up folder.

How do I get to the start-up on the home version of Xp?

Your XP Home might be infected, although usually the problem is a
"flash" of msconfig on the screen, then nothing. Do a good virus check
using your AV with updated definitions and the free utility at Trend
Micro: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/.

I have xp home laptop and msconfig does have the startup tab and contains
items.
