How does one restrict users from changing the sustem clock in Windows XP?

I have installed McAffe Privacy Service to restrict the hours users have to
access the internet. The problem is that users change the system clock to
get around the restricted internet access hours.

I have given the users "Limited" accounts in XP, but that does not limit
their ability to change the clock.

Clock Guard is a Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP/NT software
program that prevents tampering with the computer clock:

By default, a restricted user in XP should not have the right to change the
system time.

Here's where to change it, anyway.

Start | Run | gpedit.msc

Local Computer Policy | Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security
Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment | Change the system time.

If you're doing this in a domain environment, you can create a group policy
to change this setting on your workstations.

Hope this helps
