System changes

Just tracked changes application done after running, find it changed some
files and registry keys.
What mean these files?

C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\INDEX.BTR
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\INDEX.MAP
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\MAPPING.VER
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\OBJECTS.DATA
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository\FS\OBJECTS.MAP

Those files are part of the MS Windows Management Interface or WMI. You can
search the internet for WBEM or WMI for more information.

This files are part of normal windows system management, the custom
application don't need to clean this traces after it been closed?
