System Cannot Log You On Because....

Receiving error "The System Cannot Log You on Now Because
The Domain is Not Available" for select users on a few
machines. Running win2000 pro connecting to 2000 server
with 2 dozen machines.
Example:
When logging on at Machine 1,2,3 User "A" receives the
above error message. All other users log on at Machine
1,2,3 just fine. User "A" can log on any of the remaining
4-24 machines just fine.

The other users have stored profiles on the machines in question, whereas
user A does not and is forced to go to the network to get one. Log on as
local admin, and try removing and rejoining the machine to the domain.
