Can anyone tell me the RUN command for purging the System Cache? It's
something like purge/syscache or purge/cache. It's been a while since last
using it and I need it now to troubleshoot.

Thanks!

The only "Matching" command/syntax might be to clear the \DllCache
folder. The command for that is SFC /PurgeCache. However, if WFP
ever detects a unexpected file version it will try to repopulate the cache
and prompt for your CD or \ServicePackFiles location.

As far as the System Cache, I'm aware only of the Registry values to
toggle the use from Applications to Background services.

That's what I meant! Thank you!

This is also a location that viruses may hibernate and a good thing to clear
out every so often, then run the SFC /scannow CMD.

Thanks agian for your help!

"Perhaps, Old Reliable would be a more appropriate name, lol!"
