in the system 32 folder i have missed an dll and is there any way to get it
back and i don't have CD and i have window xp home edition.

You need to quote the exact error message you're getting. Do not paraphrase
and make sure spelling is correct. Then we'll be able to answer your
question about the missing .dll.
