System 32 Window opening on startup

Recently my PC has started to open the System 32 Window when I logg on. I
have looked at article 170086, and everything seems 'ok to my eye' in the
Registry Editor. This seemed to start when I upgraded to AOL Broadband
service?
Any suggestions / help to resolve this would be most welcome.

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down
to Item No. 260. In the right column, click on "System32 Folder Opens
Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.

Thanks to all for the info, unfortunately it did not work. I go a message "
This script cannot repair your issue. The expected Registry value was not
found". Does anyone else have any ideas? I have XP operating system, it all
started when I upgraded to AOL SE.
