System 32 Folder Opens

Im running xp pro and when i logon to my user name the
System 32 folder automatically opens on startup i have
checked startup folder and msconfig still cant figure out
how to keep it from opening on startup it happens
everytime but it just started 3 months ago i have just not
been bothered by it until now it just gets annoying having
to close it everytime well if anyone knows how to solve
this please let me know thanks
