System 32 folder auto opens when i log on!

Each time i log on to windows my System 32 folder opens automatically, i cant
remember doing anything that would make it do this and it only happens on MY
settings. I have run virus check and system restore etc but still does it.
This is annoying more than anything but would still like to stop it happening.

Hopefully this is simple to sort out.....

If you have a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 sound card, see if running this fix
(provided courtesy of Kelly Theriot) helps solve the problem:

This can be caused by incorrect or blank/corrupted entry in the registry.
run > regedit
navigate to these keys and look for single quotes, blanks or corrupt looking
entries.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
