Sysprep

I have made a model workstation, ran sysprep and it works fine, but i made a
mistake and forgot to put some icons on the desktop for all users. My
question is, is it ok for me to re-run sysprep on the same model machine or
do i need to re-install everything and make a new model workstation?
 
You may run sysprep again. Make the changes to the machine then take all the
step that you would normally take to prepare are machine for sysprep
(Deleting temp setup files, unused directories, etc) and re-run sysprep.
