sysprep problems

We are upgrading a Windows 2000 server (SPK3). When we
run Sysprep Version 1.1 it tells us that this version of
sysprep is not compatible with this operating system. It
should be. Does anyone know why I am receiving this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With each Service Pack release there should also be
deployment tools. One of the deployment tools is
sysprep.exe. You need to make sure that the sysprep.exe
is from the SP3 deployment tools.

You may already now this, but check it to make sure.
