Sysprep on Windows XP Pro

I am creating an image of Windows XP Pro SP2 on a new Dell Optiplex 755. I am
going to use that image to ghost about 60 Dell 755s all with the same
hardware. Do you think it is necessary to run Sysprep since the image will be
going on machines with all the same hardware?

You are supposed to but it's irrelevant if you're not in an Active
Directory environment. You will still have to change the computer name
on the PCs or they will complain that another computer with the same
name exists on the network. Use sysprep and forgeddaboudit.
