Sysprep image for different PC's

OK, I have done a fair amount of searching and haven't really read how to do
this with instructions that make some sense. I have several PC's I want to
build a master image for that have differing hardware. I have taken the
master image made from sysprep and can boot all 4 of the PC's from it,
however I need to manually install a few drivers like the NIC, video or sound
after booting the newly duplicated drive.

How do I get the newly duplicated drive to boot and have the OS
automatically install the drivers for the different systems so no interaction
is required?

Are there clear and concise instructions that explain how this is done?

Thanks
