Sysprep Hangs

Paul

I have created a image for a Dell GX270 and I am using
sysprep -pnp -mini and trying to have it auto join the
domain and convert the fat32 to NTFS each was able to do
with when we ran sysprep for 2000 machines. But with the
XP it hangs at joining the Domain. Filesytem=convertNTFS
does nothing but then we tried our old
[GuiRunOnce]
command0="cmd /c convert.exe d: /fs:ntfs /v"
command1="cmd /c convert.exe e: /fs:ntfs /v"
command2="cmd /c convert.exe p: /fs:ntfs /v"
command3="cmd /c convert.exe c: /fs:ntfs /v"
It also hangs, does anybody have a fix for these?

Hello Paul.
Do not use the PNP switch!
With XP there is little if any reason to use the PNP switch, it should only
be used with older legacy hardware.
In virutally all cases it isn't needed and may cause hangs when used.
Thanks,
Darrell Gorter[MSFT]
