sysprep and network settings

Could anyone give me any idea if there is a way to keep sysprep from resetting network settings. I have unclicked file and print shareing and set the frame type set to 802.3 on the image but sysprep undoes the settings and sets them back to defaults. thanks in advance, razey
 
Lot of people have mention the utility call NETSET.
I dont know much about it. But it might help you.
Its a windows 2000 server tool.
