sys restore

I was hit by the blaster worms virus. I purchased the
Norton Virus Protection program and it cleaned my
computer of the virus. I have loaded SP1. FYI :
eventID104 got nothing conclusive back from MS. I can't
use system restore, instead I get a message everytime I
try to enable it "system denied"
