I am trying to merge 3 fields but also add spaces and comma.
This is what I am using [City] & ( "," )&" " (" " & [State]) & (" " &
[Zipcode])
I would like it to read New York, NY 10021

I'm not sure why you think you need all the ()s. Try:
CSZ: [City] & ", " & [State] & " " & [Zipcode]
