Synronizing richtextbox and panel scrollbars

Does anyone know how to synronize richtextbox and panel scrollbars!
I've a panel with two component, richtextbox and panel, and i want to scroll panel whenever user scrolls richtextbox.

Not sure if this will do what you want, but:
In the VScroll or HScroll event(s), move the panel according to how the
RichTextBox scroll bar was moved.
