synctoy doesn't exist after installation

I installed it and it's nowhere to be found. If i try to install it again I'm
told it's already installed. It doesn't show up in the installed software to
be uninstalled nor is it in any directory nor the registry. What gives?
 
I'm having the same problem. SyncToy is nowhere to be found, doesnt show up
in add/remove programs, and won't re-install because it says it is already
installed.
