Syncronizing with mobile

I use Outlook 2003 and have a Sonyericsson T610 and want to synchronize my
calendar with my Bluetooth device. I manage to get my calendar from my phone
to my PC, but not the other way around. It starts synchronizing, both on my
phone and on my computer, than after a while I get the timeout question and
when I accept the phone to contact outlook for longer time there is an OBEX
warning and it all stops and nothing has been synchronized. I tried several
programs but nothing works. They either cannot find my phone or cannor
synchronize. When I am in email view, the "send to Bluetooth" is black, which
means it works, but when I am in calendar mode, it's grey. What program can I
use to get past this problem? (I don't have IR.)

What is OBEX?

Have you checked on a forum where other Outlook users are more likely to use
this phone with outlook? I'd start with http://www.howardforums.com/ - they
have forums for both carriers and phones.

Usenet's alt.cellular.[your carrier] is another option - or look for a
newsgroup for your phone. If your isp does not provide Usenet access, use
Google groups
