Syncronization

Somehow some of my users have turned off the
Syncronization tool and I cannot figure out how to turn it
back on. If I right click on the My Documents folder
which is linked to the network drive there is no option to
Make Available Offline or to Syncronize. Any Suggestions?

Hi Kat,

Make certain that the computers in question have been set up to use Offline Files.
For more information search Windows 2000 Help for the topic: "To set up your computer
to use Offline Files"

And if "Make Available Offline" is still not an option make certain that "File and
Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" is bound to the adapter and that the Server
service is Started. For some information on "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft
Networks", "Installing a network service", and "Using Services" search Windows 2000
Help for the words in double-quotes.
