syncro mail across accounts

Hi,

my wife and I have separate log-on's to our laptop but we want to share the
mail so each can read all downloaded mail.

Is there a way to synchronise the downloaded mail between the two accounts?

You can both download the same mail.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select the account, Advanced, select
"Leave a copy of messages on the server." Do this on both
computers. You may also want to select one of the delete
options.

Is there a way to do this across computers...leaving the mail on the server
would work for incoming but is it possible to share outgoing as well....this
is more of a business one so that people dont get responded to twice.

Sorry, I don't know of a way to automatically share sent emails
among POP accounts on several computers. This is one reason
why IMAP accounts are becoming more popular. You can get a
free IMAP account from AOL, but this would not help existing
POP accounts. Businesses typically use something like
Microsoft Exchange servers to enable the feature you want.
