Syncing with my PDA erases my Outlook profiles

This maybe an issue that I need to take up with my PDA manufacturer, but just
in case this is an Outlook issue, I thought I would post it here.

I received a Dell Axim X30 as a gift. I used the install disk for
ActiveSync and all went well. I have 4 Outlook email profiles and I use OL
2002.

When I sync, the screen pops up asking me what profile to choose. When I
pick the profile, all goes well. But when I get ready to re-ope OUtlook all
of my other profiles are gone.

I sync with the same profile all of the time.

As long as your PDA is cradled, the profile you used to sync is open and
only one profile at a time can be open. If you want to use another profile
in Outlook, you'll have to uncradle your PDA.
