Syncing my Blackberry with my Access Database

I have data in a shared Access 2000 contacts database on a machine running
XP and Access 2007. I have Outlook 2007 running and syncing with my google
calendar. I am getting a new Blackberry 8900 to replace my old Palm 650.

Now, I want to be able to sync the Access 2000 contracts database (actually,
a query so that I can select only the data I want to sync) in the
Blackberry. How is that done? Do I have to use Access to convert to
Outlook and then to sync? Can I run a mini-form of Access in the Blackberry
directly?

Incidentally, I have essentially the same fields as an Outlook contacts list
although the fields sometimes have different names. If I need to convert
the data, the built-in Outlook convertor is very poor. Can I automate that
process, if necessary? (I do know VBA for Access.)

yes, I'd go through outlook-- this shouldn't be that hard
I'm pretty sure that the contacts template in Access 2007 has some
easy functionality to sync with outlook.

I use outlook to sync to blackberries all the time, it's actually
quite easy to setup

PS - if you want to -USE- this information on your blackberry, you can
make a webpage around your database.. it's really not that hard, if
you use a program like Dreamweaver, it support ASP/VbScript-- which
would be a better strategic solution-- because it would be less error
prone. Of course, if you want to be able to dial phone numbers-- it
would probably be as easy as displaying the phone numbers in HTML,
blackberry web browser is quite nice, I love it.

Of course-- if you're going to make a webpage out of it, you really
should just move to SQL Server-- for the past 14 years, Microsoft has
been insisting that anyone developing for the web-- should use SQL and
not Access-- because Access doesn't fit into most requirements for web
applications. For example-- Access doesn't support _UPTIME_ because
you have to shrink the database periodically
