Synchronizing Two Combo Boxes

I have two combo boxes and when I select one to filter the
other, the subform always ends up with an extra record
(false data). Is there a way around this?
 
Of course, Can you show your code, to see why this is occuring?

Plus, can you explain more. Does the 2nd combo filter the subform?
Does the 2nd combo filter correctly?
