Synchronizing/ Transferring Data to Phone

In a worksheet...
In Column A I Have Days of the Week.
In Column B I Have Dates of the Year respectively.
In Column C & D and E I have Data i.e Duty No.s and Times

Is it possible to Transfer/Synchronize only Column C,D & E to The
Calender application on a Nokia Mobile phone and/or Microsoft Outlook
say via Bluetooth or Infer Red.If so how please?

You can certainly transfer the data to Outlook via the import route in
Outlook and map just the last three fields for import. If there are
regonisable dates this will work to the outlook calendar. From there, via
Nokia Phone Suite you will be able to sync it via bluetooth, nfra red or
cable.
