Synchronizing Outlook 2007 with MAC OS X (10.5) iCal Server

MS Outlook 2007 has now this new feature where one can import Internet
Calendars (such as Google Calendar I think). I understand that MS Outlook
2007 Internet Calendars read *.ics files. My question is:

Is there a way for a user to import/synchronize MS Outlook 2007 with the MAC
OS X (10.5) iCal Server? If possible at all, what are the proper steps to
achieve this?

you need an internet path - then add it to the calendar.
