I'm running XP on my pc and Palm OS 5.2.1 on my new Tungsten E. Thanks!

Did the palm software come with sync software and instructions? Generally,
you install and configure the sync software and connect the palm to the pc.

Unless your palm pilot came with sync software, you'll have to get a program
such as Pocket Mirror to provide that capability! Here's a link to the
Pocket Mirror website. I'm not sure if there are any freeware or shareware
programs out there, but this one works very well!

Go to the following page at the PalmOne website and click on the link in the
"Outlook 2003" section that says "For Palm Outlook Conduits" -- you'll
notice in the paragraph above that box that the Tungsten E uses the new Palm
conduits instead of third party software like the older Palm models did.
You should be able to get the instructions you need there.

It came with Hotsync but I don't understand how to configure it to
Outlook rather than Lotus Organizer which is what I started with.
There isn't anything that says outlook in the configuration choices.
